No Spamming: No posts that are clearly off topic, or that contain potty humor. (Example: If the thread is about pop, then you can't post about bubble gum.)There will be a spam board for random nonsense~_^ Any spam outside of the spam board will be deleted/moved, and the user will be warned. You get 3 warnings. Repeating of this offense beyond the 3 warnings will result in reduced board priveleges. A 4th offense and a one week ban. Anything more and your banned for two weeks. The third ban will be for a month. Anything after will result in a perma ban.

No Flamming: You are not allowed to call ANYONE names. (example: Idiot)(Cussing someone out, is also included under this category)This is a basic rule of respect. If ANYONE is caught flamming, the posts will be deleted and the user will be warned. You get three warnings. A 4th violation of this rule will result reduced board priveleges. A 5th will result in a one week ban. A 6th violation will result in a 3 week ban, and a 7th violation will result in a perma ban.

Purity: Please keep all topics clean. That means under PG (No sex, excessive gore etc.). If you don't want your mom to read it, then we don't want to read it either. You may *not* have sex over PM either. Also under this rule comes pictures: All pictures must be viewer friendly. That means no making out, no porn etc etc. IF I catch ANYONE breaking this rule there will be at least a week's ban depending on what you've done. A second offense and a two week ban. A third offense and a perma ban.

No Plagiarism. If someone else wrote it, you need to get permission to use it, and you MUST put the person's name at the bottom. Please note, that all original (unaffiliated/non-franchised) works/characters are copyright to their respective owners. Again, please ask, before you use someone else's stuff. Personal Info This is a BIG no no. I will come and delete any such thing that I find. You are NOT allowed to give out yor Real Name, address, phone number, e-mail, IM etc to anyone. A first infraction will be a deletion of the information. A second will be a ban, and it could even be ap ermanent ban. I havn't decided yet. At anyrate I will not have any kiddies hurt on my watch if I can help it.

Sig and Avatar Size Restrictions

The restrictions are for two reasons:
1. 56k computers have enough trouble loading up sigs of this size. If the sigs were bigger, the forum might not load for everyone and I'd really like for everyone to be able to see the forum.
2. Because the threads flow nicer that way. Threads are for reading, galleries are for pictures. We shouldn't have to scroll down half a page's worth of screenjust to get past someone's sig to see the next post~_^

Sigs: No larger then 550(long) by 90(wide)pixels.

Avatars:No larger than 100 by 100 pixels.

Reporting:

1. There is a report function. Feel free to use it to report anything you deem to be a breakage of the rules. We will be more then happy to reveiw your report and make a descision on it.

2.If you get spammy, or inappropriate PMs you need to report it to an Admin or Mod along with a complete copy of the PM and the name of the user who sent it.You also need to put in the title of the PM that you are reporting a PM.

Please don't comment on issues that moderators are trying to judge on. It doesn't help, if five of you gang up to nay say someone's actions. We're intelligent people, we can handle it. If you really need to say something that you think might help, PM us.

If someone is breaking the rules PLEASE, Report it

Always always treat someone with courtesy; like you would want to be treated. EVEN if you don't like them. Remember, they're human too.

The punishments listed aren't all that we as mods can do to you if you break the rules. We maintain a license of creativity. The specified punishments are guidlines for us, and something to give you an idea of what's coming. ~_^Just keep in mind that we can be creative with the punishments, and that we will do to you what we think necessary to bring the point across.

If you feel that you have been improperly or infairly dealt with by a moderator, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me. I am the highest authority here, and I will be happy to look into the matter. Even if I made the ruling and you feel it was wrong. I will be happy to reconsider and/or bring in a second party (probably my mom) to help me decide if the punishment/decision should be changed or reversed

We want to do a fair and honest job here. So don't hesitate.


How to report an unjust punishment/ruling:

1. Go to your PM box and address the PM to me.

2. If there was a PM ruling, copy and paste the entire message into the PM and send it. [YOU MUST INCLUDE THE name OF THE PERSON WHO MADE THE RULING.]

If it was a thread ruling, PM me the link to the thread. You can get the link from the address bar at the top of your screen, or by left clicking the post and copy/pasting under 'properties'

3. In the case that a moderator gets seriously out of hand, and begins deleting threads that might be incriminating to him, let me know immediately. I will have his hide.
